Marketing Strategy
Aisling Foley works with you and your team to help determine your marketing strategy.
In the first of 2 half day workshops, I learn about your existing business including objectives, target market, sales and marketing activities. I then create a marketing plan including customer value proposition, USP and recommended marketing communications activities.
In the second workshop we discuss these plans before agreeing the final plan. This takes around 7 days over two weeks.
I can then help you implement this plan and work as your marketing manager on the agreed activities.
Marketing Audit
A marketing review takes 2 days and I analyse your online and digital activity including:
- Website
- Newsletter
- LinkedIn company page, personal page and group membership
- Google webmaster tools and analytics
- Google myBusiness
