In the first of two half day workshops, we discuss your business objectives, target market, competitors, sales and marketing activities. I then create a marketing plan including Customer Value Proposition and USP.

In the second B2B marketing strategy workshop we review the draft plan after which the final plan is then created. I can then help you implement this plan and work as part of your team on the agreed activities.
